• Our competitions, training programs, and events are open to eligible participants as specified for each event.
• Participants below 18 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable).
• Tapaswi reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration that contains false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the organizers.

Participants agree to:

• Follow all competition and event rules.
• Maintain respectful behavior toward organizers, judges, volunteers, and fellow participants.
• Avoid cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or any unfair practices.
• Submit original work unless a competition specifically permits otherwise.

Violation of these rules may result in disqualification without refund.

For online competitions:

• Entries must be submitted before the specified deadline.
• Videos, photographs, audio files, and documents must follow the prescribed format and duration.
• Late or incomplete submissions may not be accepted.

• Judges' decisions are final and binding.
• No correspondence regarding scores or judging decisions will be entertained unless expressly permitted by the organizers.
• Tapaswi reserves the right to modify judging criteria when necessary.

• Certificates, medals, mementos, trophies, and prizes will be awarded according to the competition guidelines.
• Courier or shipping charges, where applicable, may be the responsibility of participants unless otherwise announced.
• Tapaswi reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if required.

• Payments must be made through the approved payment methods.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring payment accuracy.
• Fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation of registration and legal action where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All website content, logos, designs, text, graphics, videos, and other materials belong to Tapaswi Sports and Cultural Association.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

Participants retain ownership of their original work but grant Tapaswi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted entries for promotional, educational, and organizational purposes.

By participating in our competitions, training programs, or events, participants grant Tapaswi permission to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, and competition entries for:

• Website
• Social media
• Promotional materials
• Advertisements
• Educational publications
• News and media coverage

No additional compensation shall be payable for such use.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Tapaswi Sports and Cultural Association shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures or internet interruptions.
• Delayed or failed submissions due to network issues.
• Loss of data caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of the website.

Tapaswi reserves the right to:

• Cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any competition, course, event, prize structure, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or participation in our activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
