Foundation and Inception
Tapaswi Sports and Cultural Association was founded in Hyderabad by Mallesh Podendla. Established the core team of 24 professionals and signed initial agreements to conduct free classes in 5 local government schools.
Statewide Expansion & Career Launch
Expanded outreach to cover over 35 schools in Telangana. Launched the flexible 5-hour work schedule connection program, successfully placing the first batch of 50 student athletes in private sector roles.
National Reach & ISO Audits
Expanded sports and arts programs beyond Hyderabad to multiple districts. Completed ISO 9001 certifications and verified over 15,000 student footprints across India.
