The 5-Hour Work Schedule
A major roadblock for talented young athletes and artists is the lack of stable income. Standard 9-to-6 jobs leave no time or energy for practice, drills, or exhibitions.
We connect participants with private sector employers who offer **flexible 5-hour daily work schedules**. This allows individuals to earn a respectable livelihood while dedicating the rest of their day to athletic training or creative rehearsals.
Core Association Roles
Tapaswi has a dedicated core team of 24 members from diverse backgrounds: sports professionals, visual artists, financial planners, event coordinators, and social workers.
